3D measurements with up to 5-fold performance increase

The new firmware version V53 is available for the scanCONTROL 30xx laser profile scanners. This enables the implementation of the innovative Sensitivity function, which allows a significant reduction of the exposure time by up to 80%. As a result, the laser scanners can be operated at up to 5 times higher speed. They continue to deliver maximum precision in the process.

There are 5 sensitivity levels which can be individually adapted to the respective application. The parameter is directly selectable in version 6.7 of the scanCONTROL Configuration Tools and in 3D-View 3.7. In 3DInspect, it is directly available as a GenICam parameter. The maximum profile rate remains at 10 kHz.
