Micromechatronics for semicon and aerospace

In the Micromechatronics business unit, we develop and manufacture sensors, actuators and tilting mirror systems to solve demanding measurement tasks. The micromechatronic systems are used in future-oriented industries such as semiconductor production, optics and aerospace. There, the sensors have proven themselves in numerous applications.

We adapt these micromechatronic sensor systems to customer-specific environments - with regard to the most suitable measurement method and also with regard to application-specific requirements. In this respect, we make use of our powerful product and technology portfolio.

Due to the high demands of sensor production, all sensors and systems by Micro-Epsilon are put through comprehensive manufacturing and test processes. Both product development and production development are involved in the projects at an early stage.
